This Industrial complex was founded in 1996 as the first company in Hadramout in the private sector with an aim to supply people in the Eastern areas with the demands of the food products manufactured in the complex. It also aimed to create job opportunities for these areas to polish their skills and capabilities.

 

The production of the first plant started in 1997. This plant was the plant of snacks, then the plant of sponge followed it in the same year. The plant of plastic started in 1998, then the plant of oils and ghee in 1999.

 

The plant of mineral water was founded in 2006. There are many continuous researches aiming to widen the investment volume with increasing the forms of the products and manufacturing new products.
